Oversaw the daily operations of the Joint Communications Center that served 697 square miles and over 25,000 people. Was responsible for financial accounting and record keeping, developed and enforced policies and procedures, managed the continuing education program, developed and delivered training programs, managed the Quality Improvement Team to ensure consistent quality of services, and ensured that all essential technology systems functioned properly.
